3. Order Process
1. All orders must be paid for in full through our website before any refurbishment or dispatch takes place.
2. After checkout, customers receive a confirmation email with packaging and shipping instructions.
3. The customer is responsible for shipping their device safely to us.
4. We recommend that customers insure their shipment when posting items to us, as we are not liable for loss or damage in transit.
5. Once refurbishment is complete, items are shipped back via the chosen delivery option.

4. Payment
• Payment is required in full at checkout.

5. Warranty (B2C Repairs & Sales)
• Every refurbished screen and repair is fitted with a warranty sticker/seal.
• If the seal is broken, removed, or tampered with, the warranty is void.
• Warranty covers only faults directly related to our refurbishment process, not accidental or external damage.
• The warranty excludes:
• Accidental damage, drops, or cracks.
• Liquid damage.
• Misuse or unauthorised repair attempts.
• Manufacturing faults or natural LCD ageing unrelated to our work.
• Warranty claims must be made directly through us. If another repairer handles the device, the warranty is void.
• All warranty assessments are carried out by our technicians and their decision is final.

6. Trade / B2B Refurbishment Terms
For trade and B2B customers, additional conditions apply:
• All screens must be tested by the customer before applying any adhesive, frame, or housing.
• We do not cover faults on any screen that shows signs of installation, glue residue, or adhesive marks.
• Once the screen has been installed, no warranty or return claim can be accepted.
• All refurbished screens are fully tested before dispatch.
• If a trade customer claims a defect, the screen must be returned in its original condition (untampered, no frame residue).
• Screens deemed tampered, cracked, or showing installation residue will be returned unrepaired.

7. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Returns
• If an item appears faulty on arrival, customers must notify us within 5 working days of receipt.
• We will inspect and, if applicable, repair or replace the item.
• We do not cover return shipping for DOA or warranty claims.
• Any items left unclaimed for over 5 working days after contact may be responsibly discarded.

8. Liability & Insurance
• Our outbound shipments are insured up to £500 per parcel.
• Customers must insure their own shipments when sending items to us.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage during inbound shipping.
