Can my screen be refurbished?

Usually, if the glass is cracked but the picture is clear and touch works normally. If you see black spots, coloured lines or no picture, the display itself is damaged. Not sure? Call us on 01788 226425.

How long does it take?

We refurbish your device within up to 2 working days of receiving it. During busy periods it can take a little longer, so feel free to contact us first. Need it urgently? Give us a call.

Will I lose my data?

No. We do not wipe or reset your device and your data stays intact. We still recommend a backup before posting any device.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Faults caused by our refurbishment, for as long as you own the device. New accidental damage is not covered. See the full warranty.
