Can my iPad Pro 11″ 2nd Gen screen be refurbished?
Glass-only refurbishment is possible when the display underneath the glass is undamaged. Your screen is usually suitable if:
- the glass is cracked or shattered, but the picture is clear
- touch works normally across the whole screen
If you can see black patches, ink-like spots, coloured lines, green or pink bleed, or the screen stays black, the display itself is damaged and glass-only refurbishment is not possible. Not sure? Call us on 01788 226425 before you send your iPad in.
