Name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order details, messages you send us, and for screen buyback your bank details for payment. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
To carry out your repair or buyback, send your device back, pay you, answer your questions, keep accounting records and, if you sign up, send our newsletter. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, for the newsletter, consent.
Bank details entered on our Sell Your Screens form are emailed securely to our team to make your payment. They are not stored in our website’s database.
Only services we need to run the business: our payment providers (Stripe, Klarna), our website host, our email provider (Google), couriers and our accountants. We never sell your data.
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
We use essential cookies to run your basket, checkout and account, and our payment provider uses cookies to prevent fraud. Our reviews widget may load content from Google.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
