No. We only accept genuine OEM screens, as these meet the quality needed for refurbishment.

Yes. Contact us with your model details and we’ll send you a custom quote. We can also add your screen to the website for future orders.
A refurbished screen is an original display where only the damaged glass has been replaced. The LCD/OLED panel and features like Face ID or Touch ID remain original.
We only work with original screens. Aftermarket or copy screens cannot be refurbished.
If the glass is cracked but the picture is clear and touch works normally, your screen can usually be refurbished.
If you can see dead pixels, black spots, coloured lines or signs of liquid damage, or Face ID or Touch ID has stopped working, the screen is not suitable for refurbishment. Our guide to what screen refurbishment is explains how to check.

Prices depend on your device model, starting from £69.99. You can see the exact price for your device on our booking page. Refurbishment usually costs a fraction of the price of a new genuine screen.
We refurbish your device within up to 2 working days of receiving it, then send it straight back. During busy periods it can take a little longer, so feel free to contact us before you send your device. If you need it urgently, call us on 01788 226425 and we will do our best to help.
No. Screen refurbishment does not affect your data, and we do not wipe or reset your device. We still recommend backing up your device before posting it, as you would before any repair.
Every refurbishment comes with a lifetime warranty on our work. It covers faults caused by our refurbishment. Damage caused by the customer, such as a new drop or liquid damage, is not covered, and every claim is inspected by our technicians.
Yes. A refurbished screen is your genuine screen. We keep your device’s original display and replace only the cracked front glass, so colours, brightness and touch are the same as before. See how it compares with aftermarket and new genuine screens.
No. That message can appear when an iPhone’s display is replaced with a different screen. Because we keep your original display and only replace the glass, your iPhone recognises its screen as normal.

We insure our return parcels up to £500. For sending your device to us, please use a tracked and insured postage service, as we are not responsible for loss or damage on the way to us.
Not with glass-only refurbishment. Those symptoms mean the display panel underneath the glass is damaged, and refurbishment only works when the display is intact. If you are not sure, contact us before sending your device.
If we find the display underneath the glass is damaged when your device arrives, we will contact you to explain the options before doing anything further.

Yes. Trade customers can send us screens that have already been removed from the device, and we refurbish them at trade prices. See our trade service.
